Commercial value and human impact, measured on the same page.
I build the partnership programmes and operating models that hold both, and I run them like a business.
Ten years leading across premium retail and enterprise technology. Most recently I built and led the Foundation Partner National Board, the operating model inside Microsoft's partnership with Best Buy and the Best Buy Foundation. From September 2026: full-time MBA at Trinity College Dublin. Available for Director-level roles from August 2027.

The thesis
The same work, measured both ways
The argument I ran for four years at Microsoft: community investment and commercial growth are one system, so measure them on one page. Both columns below describe the same four programmes.
Commercial value
- $450K in earned media value from a single NFL activation
- $300K+ in committed in-kind marketing value, closed in a 6 to 8 week cycle
- A $70K TechSpark grant funding a 20-city workshop series
- $1.08M in FY26 programmatic value, delivered on no direct programme budget
Human impact
- Three students' designs worn on an NFL Black Friday broadcast
- Eleven teen designers through professional mentorship to a product on retail shelves
- AI literacy workshops for young people in 20 cities
- 659 young adults reached across 26 Teen Tech Centers in one year

In other people's words
What impresses me most is the sustainability of what he builds. The operating model he created continues to guide our work, and the people he has mentored have developed into effective contributors in their own right… This kind of institutional impact, where the systems and people outlast any single initiative, is rare.
He is a connector in every sense of the word. He builds bridges across industries, ideas, and people, often seeing opportunities long before they materialize.
I am so incredibly proud of the social impact work you've scaled. The programs you've developed are simply incredible… You stepped up to my challenge of running this like a business.

Where I am now
This September I move to Dublin permanently and begin the full-time MBA at Trinity College Dublin. During the MBA year I am open to advisory and project work where it genuinely fits, and from August 2027 I am available for full-time Director-level partnership, programme, and commercial strategy roles in Ireland and Europe, in companies and in NGOs and foundations. If you are building where profit and purpose reinforce each other, I'd love to hear from you.
